The Supercomputing Facility for Bioinformatics & Computational Biology (SCFBio) is a Centre of Excellence at IIT Delhi, established in 2002. Our mission is to provide high-performance computing (HPC) resources and develop novel computational tools for research in genomics, proteomics, and drug design. Software & Tools

Yes, all our software suites like Sanjeevini, Bhageerath, and ChemGenome are freely accessible to the academic and scientific community through our website. You can find a complete list on our tools pages for Genomics, Proteomics, and Drug Design.

HPC Access

To get an account, you need to fill out the online application form available on our website. The process involves providing details about yourself, your institution, and your research project. Please visit the HPC Access Request page to begin the process.

We provide free compute time on our supercomputer to the academic and scientific community. There are no charges for non-commercial research and educational purposes.

Training & Collaboration

Yes, we offer both short-term (2 months) and long-term (6 months) training programs for students at the Master's level. We also conduct workshops from time to time. For more details on eligibility and the application process, please visit our Training & Workshops page.
